A common misconception among hybrid owners is that their car requires little to no maintenance or regular service like that of a regular gas powered vehicle. Toyota wanted to change that perception.

'Show your Toyota some love' was created as a playful way to drive home (pardon the pun) the message that if Toyota owners show some love to their hybrid
with regular service, it will show them love in return. The campaign consisted of online videos and various 'electrified' banner ads that actually buzzed and glowed.
